Dave worked with the clergy project to help former pastors and clergy recover from religious trauma. Recently, Dave was diagnosed with ALS and has embarked on a journey to live the best moments while he still can. Dave is currently working to get "assisted suicide" legalized in his state so that people with illnesses like Dave can choose "death with dignity."
