Bek sits down to have a chat with Wentworth actress and mental health advocate, Melitta St Just, to discuss the loss of her brother four years ago on boxing day to alcohol related suicide.  Melitta gives some sober tips to survive this really difficult time of year for those suffering with mental health issues as well as acknowledging how she works to honour her brothers memory and bring awareness to an issue very close to her heart.
