Now that the 2022 midterm elections are over (mostly), we can expect some changes given the modest power shift in the House and possibly the Senate. Additionally, we are seeing a slow creep towards middle right or altogether away from either party and registering as independents.  One likely outcome is the stalling of green or renewable policies once championed by the White House, but not as drastic as expected.  We have already seen examples of the results of the mismanaged push towards 100% renewables without any regard for reliability.  Europe, Australia and even some states in the US can show us how we might best apply a cautious approach.
