In this episode I wanna take you through my strategies from my recent launch of the Courageous Content Academy (CCA).

My launch rituals fall into two buckets - systems and self-care.

On the systems side:

• A detailed playbook we created to execute the launch smoothly
• Limiting external meetings and projects during launch season
• Defining clear team responsibilities

Shout out to my team - they really showed OUT during this launch time!

On the self-care side: 

• Daily devotionals and affirmations to feed my soul
• Wellness practices like acupuncture, massages and infrared sauna sessions
• Prioritizing quality time with family before launch craziness starts
• Unplugging for 48 hours once the cart closes
