Joel Embiid upped his minutes to (36mins) as he led the Sixers to a 120-102 victory over the Detroit Pistons. That workload marked Embiid's most minutes played since returning from his meniscus injury and he did not waste a second of it. He finished just two assists shy of a triple-double scoring 37 points, ripping down 11 rebounds and tallying 8 assists.

Hopefully a sign of things to come for Tobi. Buddy Hield was hot from three-point land, hitting 5 three's in the win.

Dissecting Sixers' 118-115 Game 6 setback to the New York Knicks

The 76ers season came to a close Thursday night with a 118 to 115 game six loss to the New York Knicks. New York opened a 22 point lead in the first quarter but the Sixers were able to rally thanks to 5 threes in the second quarter from Buddy Hield. Philly would go into halftime with a 54-51 lead. 

Then Knicks would slowly but surely take control in the second half. Jalen Brunson continued his dominant play scoring 14 of his game-high 41 points in the 4th quarter. 

Segment 1: THREE BIG THINGS: 1) YOU CAN’T GO DOWN 22 POINTS AT ANY POINT IN A PLAYOFF GAME!!!!!!!! Sixers weren’t ready at the start of this game!  2) We all love Maxey, but you need more from him tonight. 7 points heading into the 4th quarter, isn’t enough. 3) Defensive Break Down on the Hart three that sealed the Sixers fate  

Segment 2: Check in on the Show’s chat for some fan response…Fitting end to what should be Tobias Harris’ last game as a 76er. He had no points and was a -10.

TYRESE MAXEY has the game of his life as the Philadelphia 76ers beat the New York Knicks 112-106 in overtime to force a Game 6! 

Maxey scored a game-high 46 points including the game-tying three with 8 seconds left in the 4th quarter to force overtime. 

Segment 1: THREE BIG THINGS: 1) This game was OVER … then TYRESE MAXEY HAPPENED!!! 46 points from the Sixers’ guard who dropped 17 points in the 4th quarter including the game tying three to force overtime. 2) Joel Embiid is COOKED, but somehow, someway recorded a TRIPLE DOUBLE with 19 points, 16 rebounds and 10 assists and 5 blocks. Yes, he did have 9 turnovers as well but they don’t win without him tonight. 3) Tobias Harris netted 19 as well and was clutch in the start and close of the game.

Segment 2: Breaking down the 4th quarter and overtime. How the Sixers looked to be making tee times until the end of the quarter surge from Maxey. 

Segment 3: What’s next? Every Sixer needs to understand that MVP Joel Embiid is now One-Leg Joel Embiid and they need to do more to win. Embiid will be more of a facilitator from here on out.
