Studentka doktorského studia na FHS UK Milena Merhoutová věří, že networking a motivace je ve studiu to nejdůležitější. Po magisterském studiu se nejprve rozhodla pracovat v korporátu jako projektová manažerka, po 4 letech jí to ovšem podle jejích slov přestalo stačit. Během studií strávila rok na zahraničních pobytech v USA a Rakousku, kde získala spoustu zkušeností, ale zažila i velký kulturní šok. Svůj aktuální výzkum zaměřuje na rétoriku a tzv. Public speaking. Chce v něm propojit filozofii komunikace a její praktické využití.
