Goosemas 11 (2024) was one for the CORE MEMORY BANK! Join us as we relive the weekend of the annual event that is "Goosemas" by the band Goose. This epic weekend was a lot to digest, and we did our best to share the highlights of our experience. Erica and Mike walk through their weekend starting at the Night Zero pre-party event at Holy City Brewery, to the Night Zero event at the famous "Pour House" in Charleston, with the band Dizgo. Topping it off with 2 (two) nights at the North Charleston Coliseum for the BINGO themed shows. We touched on the incredible artists we got to get posters from (Dave Kloc, Jim Mazza, Luke Martin,Todd Slater and Andrew Sax), as well as MANY incredible artists and fan-inspired merch (by Caroline Herbster of Rising Tide Art Studio and Michayla Shay of Cats Under the Stitch, Type-2 Designs and so much more). Were you at Goosemas? What was your favorite moment!?

T'was the weekend before Goosemas, and the podcast was stirring, with visions of PAST, PRESENT, and FUTURE musings in their head. If you are unfamiliar with the band Goose, or a new listener to their music, today's episode is dedicated to their annual "Goosemas" event. Since 2014, the band has celebrated this event, and has grown in it's following over the past 11 years. Goosemas 11, which takes place in North Charleston, SC is happening on Friday December 13th and Saturday December 14th. Mike and Erica look back, upon the ghosts of Goosemas PAST, where we are headed in the PRESENT, and what we think the FUTURE looks like. Join us as we discuss the event, posters, and venues that are all leading us to the 11th year of Goosemas. Shout out to the artists of the past (including Will Thrasher, Jonny Lovering, Brian Steeley, Twin Home Prints, David Welker, Travis Gillian, Jim Pollock, The GrassPot, and newly inducted Dave Kloc and Jim Mazza) to the Goosemas print hall of fame.

Mike and Erica recap their entire NYC weekend, including BOTH nights of the Dave Matthew's Band at MSG, and the incredible benefit concert "SOULSHINE" which was created by Mr. Warren Haynes, DMB, Nathaniel Rateliff, and Goose (and MANY more amazing guests to list). Today's another fun musing conversation where Erica and Mike chat about their recent trip to Winston Salem, NC to see Goose for their Western NC benefit concert. We got to share the excitement and joy with some of our friends and got to connect with the team at Conscious Alliance (the amazing non-profit that bridges art and philanthropy), get some cool fan-made merch from the "Seekers on the Ridge" Vendor Market at Fiddlin' Fish Brewery.

We chat about where we are headed: 3 night run in Cincinatti, OH for Goose, 2 night run for DMB at MSG, 1 benefit concert "Soulshine" in MSG, and 2 nights at Goosemas!

It's the quiet time between the busy-ness and music of summer, and the lull before the crispy air and fall tour season. Mike and Erica chat all things end of summer tour, some September events (including our universally guided meet up with the band members of Goose), some upcoming excitement about fall and winter tour dates and some "recent acquisitions" to our poster collection. This is an exciting time of year where we are jazzed about seeing some music, meeting up with friends and seeing what new art we will be able to scoop! Episode 48: I'm Blown Away because we are overjoyed to be able to deep dive on one of the most unique diptych pieces done for the Dave Matthews Band! Today's episode, we are reviewing the 2 night poster set by artists (yes, plural) Todd Slater and Ben Kwok (aka Bioworkz) for the shows at Fiddler's Green Amphitheater in Greenwood Village, CO. This was the first artist collaboration for the Dave Matthews Band- and it was EPIC. Not only do Mike and Erica review the posters, we had a special guest join the podcast... Mr. Todd Slater himself! Wow, summer always ends too soon, but with the end of summer tour, comes the last few posters and the grand finale of DMB shows at The Gorge Amphitheater for Labor "Dave" Weekend. Join Mike and Erica as they casually (and maybe chaotically) chat about the last few shows of the Dave Matthews Band 2024 summer tour. We chat briefly about the incredible collab by Todd Slater and Ben Kwok from Fiddler's Green in Colorado, the new artist Kathleen Neeley from Bend, Oregon... and what's speculating for the amazing Gorge weekend.

We're BACK! Today we're super excited to review the newest poster in our collection from the Goose the Band concert on June 23, 2024 in Charlotte, NC at the Skyla Credit Union Amphitheater. We had a wonderful time with friends and Goose that beautiful (and HOT) evening in NC! Today we are doing a deep dive on the gig poster by the artist Jake Rathkamp aka The Graphite Club. This new artists WOWED us with the unique imagery and ties to Charlotte (aka The Queen City).
