This week has been a big one — five postpartum visits, a mentor call, and an exciting meeting with a potential new team member (the Empowering Mothers team is growing!).

Between it all were late nights helping with homework, vocabulary day at school, and the reality of balancing motherhood, business, and life’s unexpected turns — including attending a funeral and a few rescheduled visits.

This episode is a raw and honest look at what it’s like juggling it all — supporting families, running a business, and still being Mum.
