In this episode Leah shares about two of her three postpartum experiences, with three of her children who all received a diagnosis of a rare life-limiting genetic condition. Leah is a qualified health coach and EFT practitioner and now she offers a space and community for other mums who are also surviving through life with a child with a critical or life-limiting diagnosis.
