Potential Bond Downgrades Decrease As Downgrades Increase

The number of potential bond downgrades continued to fall in October to 573 issuers, declining for the 11th month in a row. The impetus for the decline stems from declines in credit quality as 21 of the 49 removals from the list were due to downgrades.
