Potential Downgrades Experience Biggest Drop In Six Years

The number of potential downgrades decreased significantly to 685 as of Sept. 30, 2016 from 728 as of Aug. 26, 2016, with 84 removals and 41 additions, representing a 43 issuer drop- the largest since May 2010(45).
