After nearly 5 years of hosting the Pound This podcast and 40 years on this Earth, I wanted to create an event featuring all encompassing wellness. Mindset, nutrition, rest, fitness and play. The day will be a balance of all those things. A realistic, sustainable look at a healthy lifestyle. Where health includes cake, and we'll eat it too!
