She started as a stay at home mom, then worked briefly in a diner before becoming a real estate agent. She learned about Keller Williams and profit share through attending seminars where she met Linda McKissack. 

Adele built a large profit share over the years by helping others and pouring into her agents. She discussed how her profit share allowed her to purchase a funeral home for one of her children to run. She also shared stories of other agents using profit share to buy homes, properties, and fund retirements. 

Adele gives some great advice: focus on helping others and building relationships with other agents, and profit share will be the natural result of serving others in the real estate business.
