The Poway Water Crisis continues to unfold. Since the Boil Water Advisory was lifted we explore the community’s response to help Poway restaurants get back on their feet. Customers are tipping generously, the Chamber of Commerce is promoting local business and others are fundraising to help people in need. We look at the political fallout of the Poway Water Crisis and how it impacts Poway Mayor Steve Vaus and his current campaign for County Supervisor. We also discuss the plight of restaurant entrepreneurs and the challenges they face, often at the hands of government policies. We take a close look at Poway restaurants but also many restaurants that have recently closed in Encinitas.
