Dr. Janell Royster is an Air Force veteran who holds a philosophical doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia. Dr. Royster is currently pursuing an educational doctorate in Traumatology from Liberty University. She owns Semper Motis LLC, a private practice based in Florida. 

She serves on the project vet relief as a board member and treasurer on the board of the Virginia Clinical Counselors Alliance. She works as the clinical director with the Blue Guardian Network, Libertyove, and Red Guardian Network. Clinical Advisor on IGY6. She is part of the 30-day program at Undersea oxygen  Clinic, on the crisis negotiation panel in Lake County, Florida.
