Dawn Morrison was born and raised in Manatee County, FL. She is the owner of a clean eating business called ‘Power Meals by Dawn’. Prior to her latest business adventure, she worked many years in corporate management in retail. She has always been a fitness enthusiast and has made health and exercise a priority in her life. And although she had the fitness aspect down, she admits to falling off periodically with the nutrition (as many people do). She says it wasn’t until she joined Crossfit Havoc in Palmetto that she was able to learn about the Paleo Lifestyle. Then, shortly thereafter she also realized the importance of “meal prepping” with keeping her consistent with clean eating. It was from meal prepping for herself and some of her fellow gym friends that she stumbled across her business. She quickly realized that the demand for clean meals exceeded her capabilities at her house and she knew it was time to get a dedicated location.
