Power naps of 10-15 minutes throughout the day can be massively relaxing and energizing, freeing up our creativity and productivity. Einstein and Edison were strong proponents of power naps and their work speaks for itself. True, most of us aren't geniuses, and power naps aren't going to lead most of us to great scientific theories and inventions. But they may, nonetheless, help us be the best we can be and maximize our potential for success.
