Well, she's back. Who, you ask? Michele Clark.    

Michele Clark is back, our estate planning attorney. If you remember from past episodes with her, we briefly reviewed the three pieces of estate planning that we like to see in place. Those three items are your will, your power of attorney and your living will. In today’s episode, Michele and I will discuss the power of attorney.  This is a very important legal document that gives one person the power to act for another person.  

Remember... you are your number one asset. And to protect that number one asset, you should take the time to put your wishes on paper.
