Consciousness involves not just our mind, but also our emotions, intuition, and energy field, which acts as an antenna to all kinds of subtle stimulus and brings greater understanding, as well as virtue and compassion.

The power of consciousness enables us to discern the meaning in an ever-expanding spiral, to better our lives. And when we do expand into higher consciousness, it doesn’t just get better internally, but very often there are changes in the physical world too – in other words, regardless of what’s happening in our physical world, we feel better about ourselves, and we have more options to know what to do with the situations we find ourselves in.
