It’s the magic of Honest Questions—or as I like to call them, Honest Qs. These questions don’t just start conversations… they spark connection. Honest Qs are like little relationship elevators. Ask one, and you skip right past small talk and go straight to something real. Here’s the big shift: Instead of focusing on what you want to say, start asking yourself, “What can I learn about this person?” Because connection grows when curiosity leads the way. What Is an Honest Question™? An Honest Question™ is open-ended, unexpected, and meaningful. It’s not small talk. It’s not “How’s the weather?” or “How was your weekend?” It’s a question that makes someone pause—and want to lean in.
