Kristen has always been able to connect with animals to gain messages and wisdom for herself but her skills and intuition have increased over the years having completed courses to enhance her abilities and the opportunity  to work directly with horses in a healing capacity.

 

Kristen talks about working with Riding for the Disabled Association and the incredible healing animals especially horses bring to children with disability. We discuss how she has learnt to really connect deeply with animals at a soul level and what they offer to her personally and to others.
