Daily Wisdom  – Motivational Podcast – Day 321 – Inspiration: Above and Beyond

We all go through life experiencing various conditions which make it difficult at times to overcome, and sometimes even scary. We're not sure of some of the things that are happening and we're not sure of the future. Sometimes, even though it looks promising, it's not what happens; so what do we do? Some advice which I think could be beneficial if you were to do it properly. It is called meditation.

The power of meditation can truly help you, and that doesn't mean that you're going to your room and get yourself into a strange position and start humming; that is not meditation. Meditation is the ability to close your eyes two, three times a day in a peaceful environment and recount of who you are and try to figure out where you are going.

Ask yourself the question, “Am I doing the right thing? Am I going in the right direction? Is everything I'm doing benefiting myself and the world?”

If the answer is yes, then keep it up.

Human nature is such that we change our ways and often we make mistakes, which we regret. You should meditate at least two to three times per day. Now, we're not asking for you to take off several hours per day to do other things than what you're supposed to do, no, that's not what you need. Meditation should jus take a few minutes. Stop and think where are you, and where are you going?

For those of you that believe and you pray, then this helps but don't let the prayer become a routine. Make sure that you use that time to reflect on where you are, where you have been for the last moments, and where you are going in the near future. Meditation can help you change everything about you. It can help you focus, reorient yourself, and give you direction in your life. Meditation is a secret to analyzing your situation and making it better than it was. Meditation is the ability to overcome the challenges when you truly realize that these challenges may not be as real as they maybe.

Meditation has been used by many people in many different countries. In some countries, it's actually part of their culture. I suggest that you meditate. During the meditation, ask for strength, pray for goodness, and pray for you to become the best that you can be. Pray for clarity, and pray that you are the mission that you wish to be, and the results of that mission to be the best that it can be. It can be done, and you should start right now.
