What does the word 'Oneness' mean? 

It means perfect harmony and unity.

Oneness enhances unity and harmony in the body of Christ; it is vital for building a strong church 2 Cor 2:13. 

BENEFITS OF ONENESS

1. It attracts God's favor and blessings. Psalm 133:3

2. It symbolizes the presence of the holy spirit.

3. It enhances greater productivity.

4. It leads to sustainability.
