In this week’s episode, I chat with Rita Bautista, host of Empowerment & All That. Rita & I had the opportunity to meet at Rachel Hollis’s RISE conference last weekend. Rita is using her podcast platform as a way to empower and inspire women to lead purpose-filled lives. She believes that everything she went through in life has brought her to this place to help others. In her words “When you go through enough in your life, you don’t want anyone else to go through it.” She discusses how therapy is not only great but necessary because people will only truly believe in you if you believe in yourself.
