Petrona is a first generation, DACAmented, college student. Born in the beautiful tierra de Guatemala, she has lived in the Washington County community for over 17 years, working passionately on various issues such as advocating for sanctuary, a DREAMers Resource Center, and most recently, advocating for an Ethnic Studies Course at Portland Community College.
