Through the use of the ideas in Psalm 46 I am replacing my fear based mentality with a faith based mentality.  This book goes into a lot of explanation.  I have found this useful.  However, there are many scriptures when read, read aloud as a proclamation create a new mind.  This practice works well.  Hopefully you will find the second part of this lesson more clearly read and with less mistakes.  These ideas among others are spiritual in nature and it is spiritual warfare as Good overcomes Evil that our nation will be blessed once again and will become a peaceful, loving and unified populace.
