Being consistent takes some serious work!
It will take everything you got, and the focus from it all to make things happen in your life. Consistency is one of the greater weaknesses that a lot of people are challenged in, and it causes dreams and aspirations to sit on the shelf with inconsistent patterns.
So, what are the steps in order to move forward in a positive way to get to the success in your consistency?
So, glad you asked….
1. Take the time and evaluate what you want to accomplish and why?
2. Look at the end result and reverse engineer the way to make these things happen consistently. For example, if you desire to lose 50 lbs in a year, then break down the math…. 52 weeks in a year, which means about an lb per week to accomplish that. Then look at your food intake, your movement, and your “why”, because the why will determine the how. Your “WHY” needs to have some serious weight, No pun intended…
3. Start small.
4. Stay in Motion
5. Count your wins.
6. Share them with someone
7. Repeat daily
