When was the last time you let you be “human”? Or laughed at an error you made?
I mean the down and out belly laughs, the ones that bring the good joy endorphins in, and let you fully relax in the moment, or maybe even a little chuckle over a missed step on the walkway. It is so easy to get wound up in the grind of today and get mad at the mistakes you have created along the way. But, my friend, one of the greatest joys to experience is in allowing yourself to be human while laughing at yourself in your blunders. The action of being natural in whom you are, a.k.a being human, and finding enjoyment in your flaws, keeps you humble and striving for better.
Being humble and having humility often come with such negative perceptions. However, when you delve deeper into what it means to have humility or to be humble, you find that it is actually you allowing yourself to have freedom from being prideful or arrogant, in a situation.
Will you take the time to laugh at a mistake you make today?
Will you allow yourself some grace when today doesn’t go as the schedule is laid out?
Live, Laugh and Love….
Write and evaluate your thoughts...
