When was the last time you had a conversation, where you were trying to teach someone something, and all that ended up happening was aggravation and blank stares? You know that impasse that there was no way to get to an understanding by either one of you to move forward. You possibly went away aggravated; they may have left more confused than they started. Ever feel this way?

When you give information that isn’t ready to be received, pearls before swine type of situations can occur. Sadly, when this happens it can result in a no result situation. Be cautious, yet open, with whom you share your nuggets and “pearls”. Not everyone is ready to receive your knowledge, yet that is no reason not to share the information you have been given. In this time that expertise being just a click away, don’t discredit the expertise you have inside of you. Someone else today needs you as an oracle for their freedom. How will you judiciously get your story and advice out there in boldness?

How will you not only meet someone where they are at, yet help them strive to grow in their time? Explore different styles of how to speak to others to get on their level, and grow a higher understanding in others by growing compassion in you for them.
