The Fight Forward series was inspired by our guests today - Aneatria Faith Bailey and her mom, Dr. Vanessa McCloud. The intention of this series is to open up hearts and minds by inspiring us all to venture into the hard spaces and ignite learning, acceptance, acknowledgment and action. These kind of conversations are awkward, uncomfortable, hopeful and courageous, and it represents for us one of the many ways we are committed to the Fight Forward for equality for all. Our gratitude to Aneatria and Dr. V for being on this journey with us is deep and wide . . . they are powerful models of grace, wisdom, courage, and hope.
