You must control and contain your careless eating attitude. Don't just eat what you are offered. You must be sensitive. The Lord emphasize the importance of the Word over food. Seek and befriend the Word, to avoid molestation. Embrace the Word for the Holy Spirit to operate mightily in your life. No man wins battle against the flesh and the devil without the Word. As a woman, you can manifest your spiritual gifts too, to do exploits for God.
