The duo also discusses how the media and those in positions of power incite fear in people in order to control them. Major media outlets only sharing bits of truths amid a swamp of deception; words, images and topics carefully chosen to ensure that people remain unconscious. Many of this country’s leaders lack transparency, integrity and abhorrently fail to ensure equity for all people.

Despite these struggles, Shad and Mari encourage everyone to embrace the momentum. Recognize that our current struggles are an opportunity to challenge the old way. These experiences are all vital to the transition towards equality for all, join them and listen with an open mind and heart. Let us all work towards happy and healthy communities for all people and our planet.
