The Joyful Yogini will take you through a channelled guided meditation. Find a comfortable seat or lie down. Chill out, calm your mind and enjoy. If you normally get the mind chatter, no worries, just be an observer of your thoughts. Allow them to come in, see them, thank them and tell them to move on. The only thing you need to do is not get sucked into the thoughts. If you notice you do, simply step away from them and focus on breath. You've got this!
