Tess Powell, Founder of The Community Change Agent Ministry.  As the founder, she believes in empowering and rebuilding communities. One of the areas of concern is community outreach.  This ministry is designed to assist in restoring the rich culture of our people. They aim to motivate women and girls to become actively involved in the regeneration of our authentic culture, develop leaders for socio-economic success, and empower them to teach others to do the same.
