The chances of you being born are 1 in 400 trillion.  Think about that for a second. 

You beat out 399 Trillion others who could've been here existing in this plane of time in human history. 

You were born a winner. 

Your life started out with you holding the trophy. 

It didn't come without pain. 

Pain to your mom. 

Pain to yourself of being ripped away from the warmth of the womb. 

You felt the pain of cold air on your body for the first time. 

The pain of being naked.

Being hungry. 

Being alone. 

But you weren't alone. 

You were born with gifts and talents to help you on your journey. 

They're different from everyone else.

If you want big muscles, you'll have to lift the weights. 

You'll have to eat the right things to help grow them. 

When you're running a marathon, you have to stay hydrated and keep going. 

If you want to make more money, you're going to have to go throug the pain of doing the work. 

Your focus on the goal will allow you to push through the pain. 

David Goggins has coined the phrase, "just one more," and you have to work on your subconcious to adapt this mentality so you can power through the pain anytime it shows up in your life. 

One thing is for sure; pain is going to keep showing up.
