Karen Kaplowitz is President of The New Ellis Group, a business development strategy and coaching firm which she founded in 1997 after a 25-year career as a trial lawyer and rainmaker in Los Angeles. She has helped hundreds of partners in law firms throughout the US to build their practices. She also specializes in helping lateral partners make successful transitions to their new firms. Karen was named one of Lawdragon’s Global 100 – Leading Consultants and Strategists to the Legal Profession in 2018 and 2019.
