In this episode we take you through the PPP forgiveness appeals process for applicants who are denied forgiveness or who are approved for less than the amount requested to be forgiven. On August 11, 2020, the Small Business Administration (SBA) released an interim final rule title "Appeals  of SBA Loan Review Decisions under the PPP," establishing guidelines for appealing SBA decisions.  Appeals go to the SBA Office of Hearing & Appeals (OHA). PPP borrowers can request reviews of Lender decisions.
