Day Two Task Two
Your task today is to take your story idea and turn it into a pitch which you're going to send to a journalist once the challenge is complete.
You'll have been sent an e mail this morning with a worksheet on which explains the key things to include in your pitch.
Here’s what you’ll want to consider
1. Introduction, explain why you’re getting in touch
2. Who you are and what you do
3. Why the story is of interest - is it time sensitive?
4. Who will the story help?
5. What are you offering? Tips, a product sample?
6. How they can find out more
Include a low res photo.
Once you have your pitch, share it in the challenge Facebook group which you can find here:

There will be a Zoom call at 6pm where you can come along and get some feedback on your pitch.
