Amy launched her career in Boston in 1980 and joined Ruder Finn in 1983, where she rose to President of Ruder Finn Americas. In 2001, she founded RF|Binder, initially part of the Ruder Finn Group, before establishing it as an independent, women-owned agency in 2014.
