PRACTICAL and UNBIASED with Trish

This episode avocates and encourages employers and governing authorities to make just and timely decisions when there are grievances within the workplace. Especially in situations where employees or a person is not compensated for their work or has claimed that they were unfairly treated in some way. If an employee has an unblemished record for consecutive years, and have been working without break or fault and their history is commendable, then all of a sudden they are targetted, blamed and unfaily treated, this should be addressed and the human element of spite and maliciousness toward the person should not be condoned. Understanding purpose and roles. Who we are and what are we meant to do is not the same and is situational. We are either the buyer or seller in our experiences and situations and understanding that, gives us clarity about our roles and the roles we play in life situations.

We must resolute to observe creation and ourselves as creation also. Observe and research the philosophical classical teachings of the past and see what we understand by it, use whatever wisdom is layered within the different stories to assist us in our own lives. We must live our story also and let the teachings of the past be a lesson or guide only. Do not worship the stories, live your story and tell it. © Trish @ Practical and Unbiased
