Nehemiah sees the sobering reality of Jerusalem's rubble, but does not allow the Enemy's seeds of insecurity and insignificance to take root. He looks to the ultimate reality of God and fights for the work he was called to. We also are to recognize the sobering reality of our broken lives and look to the ultimate reality of Jesus and our dependance on Him.
