In this meditation we explore tools on how to regulate our emotion and state of being. This meditation will help start to build awareness and therefore coping strategies on observing how you are feeling. Becoming mindful of tension in the body and mind, being more comfortable sitting with it and gently releasing what you would like to release.


This meditation is a small step in having an arsenal of tools of learning how to regulate yourself so you can become an emotionally lighter being and therefore have more energy to carry with you on to what you want to do in your life.
