Mark Hardcastle graduated from the USAF Academy in 1982. After nine years as a pilot on active duty, he left the military to join a commercial airline. In addition to flying B-777s around the world, Hardcastle spends time in the Rocky Mountains and serves on the artistic staff of the Colorado Children’s Chorale.

Mark recognized years ago that patterns were developing around events in his life. After several years of journaling about that reality, Mark broke his neck in a mountain biking accident making him powerfully focus his attention and write a book about his life experiences. Today he travels around the country inspiring groups of all sizes to lives that manifest Integrity, celebrate Resolve, and embrace Reality.
