Practical Ways to Get Out of Your Own Head

Sometimes you're the cause of you feeling small.
You create self imposed boxes that you put yourself in.
This leaves you feeling crippled and inadequate.
It's like you see the bigger picture but you won't move forward.
The issue is that you've created borders around your life experiences and your perceptions currently match that.
The key is to get out of your head into action by:
- Release judgement of your thoughts (stop adding to the sabotage)
-Choose which thoughts you want to engage with (choose your own radio station).
-After thoughts, choose the actions that go along with the thoughts that best serve you (your actions are a direction reflection of your thoughts.
