The Lord has given us so much wisdom on how we should live our lives yet we still continue to live like we don't know.

Philippians 4:9 reminds us to practice what we've learnt and heard from the Lord in order for the God of peace to be with us. In this episode, I talk about how I thought of this verse in the middle of a phase of anxiety, that I shouldn't have been in.
