These meditations are perfect for beginners and seasoned students of meditation. 

What do you need?

- A quiet place for meditation (even your car works!)

- A comfortable place to sit (chair or cushion)

- That’s all!

The gift of a guided meditation is that all you have to do is sit there and follow Mary’s voice. You don’t need to know how to meditation to do this meditation. 

Today’s meditation will help you connect to some specific positive emotions. Most of us are very familiar with feeling the lower vibration emotions of stress, anxiety, worry, fear, depression, and overwhelm. We go through our day feeling these emotions most often. However on the flip side, most people would rather be experiencing more higher vibe emotions. The most impactful way to feel better more often is to practice feeling ahead of time. In today’s meditation, Mary will lead you through an exercise of learning how to generate positive feelings without cause. Through thinking specific thoughts, you’ll engage in feeling joy, gratitude and inspiration in a matter of seconds. By the end of this meditation you will be vibing higher and know exactly how to feel better immediately!
