“Am I going in the right direction with this client?” “Do I have a solid understanding of this treatment modality” “What do I do in this situation”. These are common questions that clinicians will have and if we don’t have a place to get them answered it is easy to get stuck. That’s where supervision comes in. This week Ray and Paul talk about how supervision is more than just a requirement for grad school, it is a support system that allows clinicians to grow and develop in their insight into mental health work and helps insure that they are doing right by those they work with.
