I’m so excited you are joining me for another empowering message. For the next three months, I am dedicating the show to focusing on wellness well-being, and mindfulness. Today I am honored and privileged to have on the show with me Ms. Rita Desnoyers-Garcia.

Rita Desnoyers-Garcia has been helping women reach their true potential for over 30 years. After a long career as a social worker in New York City, and while raising her family, she had a spiritual transformation.  She is now a spiritual teacher, speaker, and life coach for stressed-out professional moms, as well as a comedian, musician, and the author of  3 books: The Self-Compassion Project, Outside of the Box Love Experiments, Extraordinary Abundance, and the creator of The Forest Meditations.
