What is gratitude?

Gratitude is recognizing and appreciating the goodness in our lives. 

It is the simple act of giving thanks for the blessings we receive. 

It is an attitude of thankfulness for the people, things, and 

experiences that bring us joy, peace, and contentment. 

 It is a feeling of appreciation and thankfulness for the people who

 have done something special for us. Gratitude is also about being

 mindful and present in the moment, recognizing the beauty and joy in our lives.
