Hello there! I'm so happy to have the opportunity to be with you again. I know the this time of year, as exciting as it could be, can also be very stressful for many. Holiday shopping, family gatherings, and work often add to our stresses and anxieties. We often feel boxed in to old ways of doing things and fulfilling expectations that things would remain the same. This meditation of increasing patience, managing time and communicating effectively is meant to help you to step away from the hustle and stay centered. So let's begin.

You want to improve your communication with others, manage your time wisely and easily, and increase your patience. In order to do these you must become very relaxed and then focus on what it is that you desire to achieve. So say to yourself, “I intend to have good patience, communicate effectively with others and manage my time easily and wisely...”
